You can view the commission rates for all programmes you’ve joined in the Programme Commission Rates section of the Awin platform. You can also view commission rates of specific programmes in the advertiser’s profile.
Viewing commission rates
To view commission rates for a specific advertiser programme, log in to the Awin platform and complete the following steps:
- Go to Advertisers > My Programmes
- Select an advertiser
- Click Commission Rates
To view commission rates across multiple programmes:
- Go to Advertisers > Programme Commission Rates
- To choose the programmes you want to view, click on the advertiser selector tool under ‘Advertisers’
When you select an advertiser, the timeline view opens.
Using the commission rate timeline
The timeline uses coloured bars to show how your commission rates change over time.
- To view rate details, hover over a bar and the following details display:
- Commission rate range
- Start date and time
- End date and time
- To view commission groups and rates per group, click a bar.
To adjust the date range, click the day, week, or month icons in the top right corner. You can also set a date range using the calendar tool, and move backwards or forwards on the timeline using the Previous and Next buttons.
Email updates for commission rate changes
You’ll get email notifications when:
- An advertiser updates your rates
- An advertiser schedules future rate changes
Awin sends the emails at 09:00 or 16:00.
To manage your email preferences choose one of the following methods:
- Go to Toolbox > Advertiser News > Subscription Preferences
- Go to Account > Subscription Preferences
