VAT is not included in the invoice. Can you add this?
My self-billing invoice contains wrong information. Can you correct this?

    To correct errors on a self-billing invoice (SBI):

    1. Submit a correction request

    Click on the Contact Us button at the bottom of this article and complete the form. Ensure you include the following information:

    1. Your publisher ID
    2. The invoice date
    3. Details of the incorrect information
    1. Update your tax information

    Check and update your details in the Awin platform to ensure future invoices are accurate. To open the Tax Details form, log in to the Awin platform and go to Account > Payment Details.

    Here are some examples of common errors to be aware of when reviewing your SBIs:

    • Incorrect contact details
    • Incorrect tax information (e.g. tax number)
    • For UK and DE publishers: VAT is missing when it should be included
    • For publishers outside the UK and DE: VAT is included when it shouldn’t be
    • VAT is included even though you’re exempt under the Kleinunternehmerregelung small business regulation (section 19 of the German VAT Act)

    Note: Corrections are only possible for invoices created on or after 1 February 2021.
