Your logo appears on your User Dashboard and in the Publisher Directory. Keeping it up to date helps advertisers recognise your brand.
How to upload or update your logo
Log into the Awin Platform and complete the following steps:
- Go to Account > Profile > Overview.
- Click your current logo or the space above your name.
- Click Browse to select your image file.
- Click Save.
You can also upload your logo via Account > Settings > Logo. It may take a short time to appear across the platform.
Note: Uploading a new file replaces your existing logo.
Logo requirements
- File type: JPG, GIF, or PNG
- Maximum file size: 4 MB
- Minimum dimensions: 88 × 31 pixels
Best practice
- Use a solid background. If your image is transparent, upload it as PNG.
- Images wider than 168 pixels are scaled down automatically. Very tall or narrow images may affect your profile layout.

Troubleshooting logo upload issues
If you see an error when uploading:
- Check that your image meets the requirements above.
- Try again after clearing your browser cache and cookies.
- Try from another browser (for example Chrome, Firefox, or Edge).
