The four main features of the app allow you to do the following:
- Create links
- Manage your account
- Browse offers
- Search for products
- Access top-level data and track performance
Installing the app
Download the Awin app from Google Play or the App Store and log in with your Awin account details:
If you have more than one Awin account, you're prompted to select which one you want to use. Make your selection - you can switch accounts later.
Note: If you can't log in to the app, ensure you’re using the latest version. You can update the app from your device's app store.
Using the app
Prerequisite: You must be partnered with at least one advertiser.
To start using the app, select any of the following features:
Link Builder
Link Builder allows you to quickly generate affiliate links to promote advertiser products and pages. To use Link Builder in the Awin app, complete the following steps:
- Select Link Builder from the bottom navigation bar.
- Your partnered advertisers display below the search bar. To search for an advertiser, use the search bar.
- To select an advertiser, tap the advertiser’s name, then tap Next. Link Builder loads.
- In the link field, enter the full website address you want to send the user to. Optionally, you can add click references to your affiliate link. To learn more about click references, see What is click reference and what can I use this for?
- To create your affiliate link, tap Create now.
- Your affiliate link displays in a pop-up box at the bottom of your screen. Choose the long or shortened version of the link, and to send or post it using apps on your device, tap Share.
- To create another link, select Create another link.
Explore
Explore lets you search for fashion products and access tracking links directly from your mobile device.
To use Explore, complete the following steps:
- Tap the Explore icon in the navigation bar.
- Enter a product name or keyword in the search bar.
- To narrow your results, select a region using the filter. Your default region is preselected.
- To view more information about a product, including its description, images, and a list of advertisers, tap the product name.
- To copy your tracking link, go to the Your Partners tab and tap the copy icon.
- To view other advertisers offering the product, open the More Advertisers tab. Prices and estimated commission rates display, and in-app instructions help you to apply to these programmes in the Awin platform.
Performance
You can track your clicks, transactions, and commission metrics using the Awin app, making it easy to access key performance data wherever you are.
In the Performance section of the app, you can:
- View clicks and transactions: See your total clicks and transactions across different regions and time periods without navigating complex reports.
- Monitor trends: Spot spikes or dips in performance and adjust your content and campaigns accordingly.
- Track commission and advertisers: Identify your highest-earning advertisers and optimise your activity using regional performance data.
To access Performance, open the app. The Performance feature displays data from the last 7 days, including clicks and transactions for your primary promotional region.
To navigate Performance:
- Change region: Select Region, then choose from the list.
- View your progress over time: To see clicks, transactions, and commission data from the last 7 days displayed in numbers and graphs, select More details.
- Adjust the time period: To load data from the last 30 or 90 days, select Filter by time period, then choose a time period.
Note: Transaction and commission data includes both confirmed and pending amounts from all advertisers in the selected region. The figures displayed are your total confirmed and pending transactions.
The Performance feature saves time, simplifies performance monitoring, and helps you make quick, informed decisions to improve your campaigns using real-time data.
Offers
Awin advertisers provide discount codes, promotions, and offers for you to share with your audience. To see recent offers from your advertiser partners, complete the following steps:
- From the top navigation bar, select Offers.
- To filter your offers, tap the filter icon in the top left corner of your screen. The filter list loads.
- Select one or more filters, then tap See offers.
- To filter your offers by advertiser, select Advertiser from the top navigation bar. The ‘Filter by advertiser’ menu loads.
- Your partnered advertisers display below the search bar. To search for an advertiser, use the search bar.
- To select one or more advertisers, tap the advertiser’s name, then tap See offers. Your offers load.
- To filter offers by type or status, select Type or Status from the top navigation bar. The filter option screen loads.
- Select the types of offers you want to see by tapping them, then tap See offers.
Account
You can easily access and change your Awin account information in the app. To see your account details, select the Account icon in the top right corner of the home screen. Your account information loads.
In the Account menu you can do the following:
- Switch account by tapping your account name.
- Read Awin’s privacy policy by selecting Privacy policy.
- Contact Support by selecting Support.
- View app licenses by selecting Licenses.
- Provide feedback by selecting Share Feedback.
- Sign out by selecting Sign out.
