To ensure the quality and to better protect our
Product Data Feed system integrity, we have a couple limitations on the amount of simultaneous download requests.
Product Data Feed download limits:
- Maximum of 5 concurrent download requests
- Maximum of 5 duplicate download requests within 1 hour
These limits don't affect the vast majority of Publishers.
Note: Downloads should only happen when the feed has been updated. You can check the status in the "last update" field in the Product Feed list.
