The Publisher Transaction Report provides a detailed view of all transactions you've generated. Use this report to review transaction statuses (pending, approved, or declined) and types (bonuses, tracked transactions, transaction queries). You can filter transactions by date, status, type, or specific advertisers, and search for individual transactions (e.g., a specific order reference).
To access the Transaction Report, log in to the Awin platform and go to Reports > Transaction.
Transaction statuses
- Pending: Tracked transactions not yet validated by the advertiser. You can find the estimated validation period in the Advertiser Directory. Pending transactions aren't considered 'owed' until approved
- Approved: Transactions, bonuses, tenancies, CPC payments, and queries that have been validated as approved. This view includes both paid and unpaid transactions.
- Declined: Transactions and queries that the advertiser has validated as declined. You can see the decline reason when you hover over or export these transactions.
- Approved & Declined: Shows both approved and declined transactions.
- Bonus: Manually added transactions, such as bonuses, tenancies, or CPC payments.

Common uses of the Publisher Transaction Report
View manually added transactions
- Under ‘Period’, select Custom
- Set the ‘from’ and ‘to’ filters for your date range
- Under ‘Transaction Type’, select the type of transaction you want to see. Available types include Lead, Bonus, PPC, Transaction Query, Compensation, and Placement Fee.
- Click Generate Report
See your payment history
- Under ‘Payment Status’, select Paid to publisher
- To view payment IDs and match them to your payment history, click Generate Report
- Use the ‘Search for’ and 'In’ filters to find transactions included in specific payments
View transactions included in your next payment
- Under ‘Payment Status’, select Cleared - Waiting for Awin to pay Publisher
- Click Generate Report
View all declined transactions
- Set the ‘from’ and ‘to’ filters for your date range
- Set the Transaction Status to Declined
- Click Generate Report
See transactions with voucher codes
- Set the ‘from’ and ‘to’ filters for your date range
- Set the Transaction Status to All
- Click Generate Report
- Under ‘Options’, export the report as a CSV or Excel file. The exported report contains more data than what’s shown in the platform. Review the 'voucher_code_used' column
See the time elapsed between click and sale
- Set the ‘from’ and ‘to’ filters for your date range
- Set the Transaction Status to All
- Click Generate Report
- Under ‘Options’, export the report as a CSV or Excel file. Review the ‘Time between click-trans’ column, or export the report to see the ‘lapse_time’ column (displayed in minutes)
