Tracking the status of your transactions on Awin

Monitoring the status of your transactions is easy once you understand Awin's payment process. Here's an overview of each step in the process:

  1. Tracking: New transactions are displayed in the Awin Platform with the status 'Tracked but not approved'.
  2. Review: The advertiser responsible for the transaction reviews it.
  3. Approval: If the advertiser approves the transaction, the status is 'Approved & Uncleared'. This means that the transaction is approved, but the advertiser hasn't paid Awin yet.
  4. Payment: When the advertiser pays Awin, the status changes to 'Approved & Cleared' and Awin pays the publisher on the next payment day. Awin only pays publishers after the transaction has been validated.
