The Publisher Transaction Report provides a detailed view of all transactions you generate. Use this report to review transaction and payment statuses, transaction types, and individual order details.
You can filter transactions by date, payment status, transaction type, advertiser, or order reference.
To access the report, go to Reports > Transactions in the Awin platform.
Transaction statuses
- Pending: Tracked transactions not yet validated by the advertiser. You can find the estimated validation period in the Advertiser Directory. Pending transactions aren't considered 'owed' until approved
- Approved: Transactions, bonuses, tenancies, CPC payments, and queries that have been validated as approved. This view includes both paid and unpaid transactions.
- Declined: Transactions and queries that the advertiser has validated as declined. You can see the decline reason when you hover over or export these transactions.
- Pending & Approved: Shows both pending and approved transactions
- Approved & Declined: Shows both approved and declined transactions.
- Bonus: Manually added transactions, such as bonuses, tenancies, or CPC payments.

Common uses of the Publisher Transaction Report
View manually added transactions
- Under Period, select Custom
- Set your date range
- Under Transaction Type, select the required type such as Lead, Bonus, PPC, Transaction Query, Compensation, or Placement Fee
- Click Generate Report
See your payment history
- Under Payment Status, select Paid – Payment sent
- Click Generate Report
- Use Search for and In to find transactions within a specific payment
View transactions in your next payment
- Under Payment Status, select Payable – Next payment
- Click Generate Report
View all declined transactions
- Set your date range
- Set Transaction Status to Declined
- Click Generate Report
See transactions with voucher codes
- Set your date range
- Set Transaction Status to All
- Click Generate Report
- Under Options, export as CSV or Excel
- Review the voucher_code_used column
See time between click and sale
- Set your date range
- Set Transaction Status to All
- Click Generate Report
- Export the report
- Review Time between click-trans or lapse_time (displayed in minutes)
