Awin provides a free link shortening service that turns long affiliate URLs into compact tidd.ly links. These shortened links are ideal for sharing on social media or in messages with limited space.
There are two ways to shorten affiliate links, depending on how you created the original link:
Using Link Builder
If you’ve created a deep link in the Link Builder tool, you can shorten it by clicking Shorten Link beneath the generated URL. To learn how to create deep links, see How can I use Link Builder to create deep links?
Using the MyAwin browser extension
If you’re browsing an advertiser’s website, you can use the MyAwin extension to instantly generate a shortened tracking link for the page you’re on without logging in to the Awin platform.

Daily short link limits
Your daily limit depends on your recent transaction activity:
- Up to 100 transactions in the past 3 months: 100 shortened links/day
- More than 100 transactions: 300 shortened links/day
