How can I access self-billing invoices?

You can access self-billing invoices (SBIs) from the main dashboard of the Awin platform.

To download a SBI, log in to the Awin platform and complete the following steps:

  1. From the main menu, click Reports, then under Payment, click History. Payment History opens.
  2. In the Action(s) column select the download icon (). Your SBI downloads as a PDF.

Note: You can only download invoices generated after 1st February, 2021.

Why can't I access my self-billing invoices?

SBIs are available only after you meet the minimum payment threshold, and if your tax details are correct.
