Publishers in most regions receive payments automatically once their payable earnings reach the selected threshold, with no additional steps required. For more information on payment thresholds, see What are the payment thresholds?
However, publishers with tax residency in Brazil, Mexico, and Turkey must follow specific invoicing steps before payment can be released.
Brazil
Registered companies (CNPJ) and micro-entrepreneurs (MEI)
Payment is made based on Payment Orders (POs) issued on the 1st and 15th of each month.
Once your PO is available:
- You must issue and submit your Nota Fiscal within 2–3 days
- Payment is processed on the next Thursday after Awin receives your invoice
For full instructions, see Como faço para emitir a Nota Fiscal?
Sole traders (CPF)
If you are registered as a sole trader, no invoice is required. Payment is processed monthly using the following timeline:
- Your Payment Order is issued on the 1st of the month.
- Your details are submitted to our payment service provider for review.
- Review takes up to 20 days.
- Payment is usually received on the 26th or 27th of the month.
No action is required from you, but ensure your tax details (CPF and, if applicable, PIS or NIS) and bank details are up to date in the platform under Account > Payment Details.
Mexico
Payment Orders are issued on the 1st of each month.
Once your PO is available:
