w do I set up my payment details in Payoneer?

I already own a Payoneer account. Can I connect it to Awin?
No, it is not possible to link an existing Payoneer account that was created outside of Awin.
When you click Set up Payoneer in the Awin platform, you’ll go through a dedicated registration process that creates a Payoneer account specifically linked to your Awin publisher account.
You can use the same bank account details as your other Payoneer account, but a separate account connection via Awin is still required.
Can I use virtual accounts or eWallets when setting up Payoneer through Awin?
Payoneer supports Global Bank Transfer (GBT) payments to virtual accounts, digital banks and eWallets, subject to the following conditions:
- Payoneer does not allow GBT payments to Payoneer’s own virtual bank accounts.
- The virtual account and eWallet must provide the full banking details required for the selected country and currency.
Common examples include:
Revolut, Wise, Stripe, N26, Monzo, Chime and similar services.
What details should I use for a company account?
Register the account using the details of an authorised representative, such as the board member or the finance representative.
You may be asked to provide proof of identification during verification for security reasons.
Why does Payoneer request personal documents during registration?
Payoneer may request documents to verify your identity, address, or bank details. This is part of standard compliance and security checks.

Which currencies can I receive?
Depending on your bank location, you can receive currencies in:
- Your local currency
- Major currencies such as USD, EUR, or GBP

Account approval
What happens after I register?
Most Payoneer accounts are approved within minutes. If additional checks are required, this can take up to 3 business days.
You’ll receive an email once your account is approved.
Note: Some regions may require additional compliance steps, such as document uploads or live video verification.
How do I check my Payoneer account status?
Check your account status in the Payment Details tab in the Awin Platform:
- Green: Active and ready to receive payments
- Amber: Under review
- Red: Application failed or declined
My Payoneer application was declined. What should I do?
Check the email from Payoneer for the reason. Make sure to check your spam or junk folder.
If you’d like to request a reconsideration for the application, use the the Contact support button at the bottom of the page.
Managing your account
How do I change my Payoneer account details?
For changes such as email address, company name, or business address, you must contact Payoneer directly. They may request documents to verify the changes.
Some changes require you to re-register through the Awin Platform, including:
- Account type
- Account ownership
- Legal entity
- Company name

How do I update my Payoneer bank details?
Only the account owner can make changes to bank details.
To update your bank details on Payoneer:
- Log in to the Awin Platform.
- Go to Account > Payment Details.
- Select the currency you want to update.
- Within this section, click on a green banner labelled Payments through Payoneer.
- Click Update Bank Account Details. This opens the Payoneer account interface.
- Update your bank details and select Submit.
You will receive an email with further instructions finalising your request.
Note: Processing can take up to 3 working days. Payoneer will notify you once the information has been updated or if further information is needed.
Can I add multiple bank accounts on Payoneer?
Yes. You can assign a different bank account per currency by setting up Payoneer for each one.

Can I use the Payoneer Wallet feature for my Awin payments?
No. It is not possible for your Awin payments to be stored in a Payoneer balance or wallet.
All Awin payments are sent directly to your bank account via Payoneer as the payment provider.
Who receives Payoneer communications?
Payoneer sends important updates to the email address used during registration. Make sure this is an address monitored by the person responsible for payments.
For company accounts, we recommend using the email address of an authorised representative directly involved in payment processing, even if the account is registered under a board member’s name.
I can't login to my Payoneer online account. What should I do?
If you cannot access your Payoneer online account, contact Payoneer directly for support. To learn how, see How to contact Payoneer?
All changes to your Payoneer account must be completed through the Awin platform. For more information, see How do I update my payment details?
Will my Payoneer account automatically close if I leave Awin?
No. You must contact Payoneer directly if you want to close your account and request data deletion.
