Your login email address is the email you use to sign in to your Awin account. Each login email is linked to a user profile within the account.
To use a new login email, you need to add it as a user on your account.
Invite the new email address as a user
- Log in to your Awin account.
- Go to Account > Users > Invite User.
- Enter the new email address you want to use.
- Select Admin in the Permission Group field and choose a preferred language for the invitation email.
- Click Invite.
You will receive an invitation to join the account in your new email address.
Accept the invitation
Open the invitation email sent to the new address and accept the invitation.
Once accepted, the new email address will be added as a user on the existing account and can log in.
Note: The invitation email may suggest that you are creating a new account. However, the link is used to add a new user to your existing account.
Optional: Remove the old login email
If you no longer want the old email address to access the account:
- Go to Account > Users.
- Select Edit Permissions for the old user.
- Click the remove (X) option and save your changes.

Account ownership changes are handled by the Partner Success Team for security reasons. If needed, use Contact us button below and include your Awin registration date to help verify your request.
Note: You do not need to change the account owner when updating your login email.
Login email vs. primary email
It is important to understand the difference between these two email types.
- Login email: Used to sign in to the platform.
- Primary email: Used to receive account notifications and updates.
Note: When you contact advertisers through the Awin platform, messages are sent from the login email.
