Permissions for editing contact details

Only certain users can update contact details:

  • Account Owner

  • Full Access

Updating your contact details

To view or update your contact information:

  1. Log in to the Awin platform.
  2. Go to Account > Settings > Contact Details.
  3. Update the relevant fields.
  4. Save your changes.

What contact information should I provide?

You can view and update the following:

  • Full name
  • Company or publisher name
  • Address
  • Phone numbers
  • Primary email address
  • Website or blog URL
  • Social media profiles

These details help Awin verify your account and allow advertisers to understand more about your promotional channels and regions.

Primary email address

Your primary email address is the main contact email associated with your account. Awin uses this email to send important communications, such as account notifications, platform updates, and partnership communication.
