How do I receive payments through Payoneer?

To receive payments through Payoneer, you need to set up a Payoneer account from the Awin Platform. For more information, see How to set up your payment details with Payoneer - A step-by-step guide.

Can I receive Awin payments in an existing Payoneer account?

No, it is not possible to link a Payoneer account that was created outside of Awin to receive Awin payments.

You must set up Payoneer directly through your Awin account, even if you already use their services.

Note: This process does not create a Payoneer account. It simply links links your Awin payments to your destination bank account for transfer via international wire.

Can Awin payments remain in my Payoneer account instead of being transferred to my bank?

No. All Awin payments processed via Payoneer are automatically transferred to your bank account. Balances cannot be held or stored within Payoneer.

How will Payoneer contact me about the status of my payment?

You will receive two emails providing payment status updates:

  • Payment Initiation: This email confirms that Payoneer has started processing your payment after receiving funds from Awin.
  • Payment Transfer Confirmation: This email indicates that your payment is on its way and will reach your bank account within 5 business days.

Why am I not receiving payments?

First, check your eligibility for payments by referring to the following checklist: Why haven't I received my payment? Troubleshooting Payment Delays.

Secondly, make sure your Awin account is correctly connected to Payoneer. To ensure your account is linked, see Payoneer Account Setup – FAQs.

Lastly, consider the time required for payment transfer. To learn more about the payment processing time, see How long does it take for the payment to reach my bank account?

If you have done the above and still not received your payment, contact Payoneer for help:How to contact Payoneer? and include the following information:

  • Awin Publisher ID.
  • Payment date.
  • Payment amount.

I live in Canada, how do I continue receiving payments?

Due to local regulations, Payoneer accounts held by users registered or residing in the province of Quebec must be closed.

To continue receiving your payments, you can re-register directly through the Awin Platform. Once re-registered, payments will continue to be processed through Payoneer and transferred directly to your bank account. If you have a registered address in Canada, you are now required to complete enhanced identity verification (Know Your Customer), which includes:

  • A live video verification step
  • Additional compliance checks under the Remittance Providers Authorization Act (RPAA)

These requirements apply to both new registrations and re-registrations.

Why was my payment declined?

When a payment fails, Payoneer sends a notification to the email address you registered with explaining the problem and providing instructions for getting the payment reissued.

Common causes of failed payments are:

  • Incorrect banks details.
  • Incorrect account information.
  • A bank rejects the payment.
  • The bank account has been closed.

Note: Search inbox and spam folders for Payoneer emails.

Payments are returned to Awin and blocked if no action is taken within 45 days of the Payoneer email.
