If you want to investigate a payment you haven’t received yet, log in to the Awin Platform and follow the steps below.
Confirm your transaction status
You can only receive payments once earnings reach the ‘Payable’ stage.
To confirm whether a payment is due:
- Go to your Dashboard and review your ‘Payable’ balance. This shows the amount scheduled for your payment, provided it meets the minimum payout threshold.
- To check whether a payment has already been processed, go to Reports > Payment > History and look for a self-billing invoice.

If your earnings are still marked as ‘Approved’, they have been reviewed by the advertiser but are not yet payable. This usually means Awin has not yet received payment from the advertiser.
You can check the advertiser’s traffic light status to see whether payment delays are likely. To learn more, see What does the Traffic Light in the Advertiser Payment Status mean?
Review your payment details
To receive payments on time, your tax and bank details must be complete and accurate. Payments are only paid out once your ‘Payable’ balance reaches your pre-defined payment threshold.

Review payment processing time

Failed payment

When to contact the Partner Success Team
If you have a self-billing invoice for a payment and the funds have not reached your bank account five business days after the payment date, contact the Partner Success team using the Contact Us button below.
