Resolving tracking failures can be straightforward with the right approach. Follow this guide to address discrepancies and make sure your transactions are properly accounted for.
If you encounter a tracking failure and you need to dispute or inquire about a transaction, contact the advertiser or account manager with the following information:
- Your Publisher ID
- Tracking link(s) used
- Type of link (Deeplink/Banner, etc.)
- Transaction date
- Sales amount
- Commission amount or item purchased
- Order number

Adding missing transactions in bulk
To report untracked sales from multiple advertisers, use the Transaction Queries tool. It’s available for all publishers with frequent untracked sales queries, like Cashback sites. To request access, click the ‘Contact Support’ button below and select ‘Tracking’ as the topic and ‘TQ Access’ as the subject.
