Contacting an advertiser is a simple process you can initiate from the Awin platform.

Contact information

To find an advertiser's contact details, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Awin platform.
  2. On your publisher dashboard, go to Advertisers > Join Programme.
  3. Click the name of a programme you want to find contact details for. The programme page loads.
  4. To contact the person handling the account, use the contact details listed under 'Account Users', or send an email by clicking 'Send Email'.

Note: The point of contact depends on whether the programme is self-service or managed by an Account Manager. Self-service advertisers manage their programmes without an Awin Account Manager and are responsible for all aspects of their communications.

Who to contact

Programme-specific queries can only be answered by advertisers and Account Managers.
