Contacting an advertiser is a simple process you can initiate from the Awin platform.
Contact information
To find an advertiser's contact details, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Awin platform.
- On your publisher dashboard, go to Advertisers > Join Programme.
- Click the name of a programme you want to find contact details for. The programme page loads.
- To contact the person handling the account, use the contact details listed under 'Account Users', or send an email by clicking 'Send Email'.
Note: The point of contact depends on whether the programme is self-service or managed by an Account Manager. Self-service advertisers manage their programmes without an Awin Account Manager and are responsible for all aspects of their communications.
Who to contact
Programme-specific queries can only be answered by advertisers and Account Managers.
