This article explains how to access reports on the Awin platform, how to filter data by date, and what each report shows. Use this overview to find the right report for your needs.
Accessing reports
- Log in to the Awin platform.
- Go to Reports in the top menu.
- Hover over the tab to see a dropdown list or click it directly to view all available reports with short descriptions.
Filtering and date ranges
Each report includes filtering options so you can customise the data you see.
- Use the date picker to choose from Today, Week, Month, or Year.
- Updating the date range automatically refreshes the data.
- You can also apply filters to narrow down results by programme, advertiser, device type, and more.

Advertiser Performance
Use this report to compare how your partnered advertisers are performing across key metrics like clicks, conversions, and commissions. Ideal for identifying top-earning partners or spotting underperformers. Learn more: Advertiser Performance Report.
Performance Over Time
Track your overall performance trends across all or selected programmes within a chosen time frame. Useful for analysing growth, comparing time periods, or identifying seasonal patterns. Learn more: Performance Over Time Report.
Creative Performance

Click References
The Clickref Reportprovidesinsights into the performance of different clickref values (custom parameters) added to your tracking links. These values can help you measure and compare the effectiveness of various placements, subpages, or campaigns on your site and optimise them accordingly. Learn more: Click References Report.
Transactions
Review a detailed list of all transaction statuses (pending, approved, or declined) and types (bonuses, tracked transactions, transaction queries). Learn more: Publisher Transaction Report.
Product Performance
Break down performance at the product level across selected programme. Useful if you promote individual products and want to optimise your product placements.
Commission Group Performance
See how different commission groups perform within one programme or across multiple programmes. This helps you compare results by customer type (e.g. new vs. existing), promotional method (e.g. with or without vouchers), or product category to understand which groups deliver the best results.
